Reading the article about the “Training Mask 3.0” brought me back to how even the tools we pick in training or learning reflect the deeper choices we’re making about growth and effort. Knowing about how it works restricting airflow, pushing deeper breaths, creating discomfort also made me pause and reflect on another scenario where someone might quietly think about relying on online exam helpers instead of stepping into their own process. But the mask’s story reminded me that the challenge is what builds the foundation: when you choose to face the resistance yourself, the outcome becomes more than a checkbox it becomes your strength.
